The school league committee called upon “cherishing the memory of revolution martyrs and carrying forward revolutionary spirit activities” as the theme to greet the first martyr commemoration day of China. The business school carried out a great variety of commemorative activities to respond to the call. Class 1311 of the financial engineering department organized rich activities through regarding the youth league branch as the unit.

First of all, the league branch secretary led classmates to understand the information related to our first martyr commemoration day in the form of PPT, and get familiar with the specification, procedure and process for the public sacrifice of martyrs in the important celebration day. Then, he led classmates to roughly study the party constitution, route and guidelines of the Party. Besides, everybody read the writing of Mao Zedong for the Monument to the People’s Heroes. Finally, all watched the fragment related to the classic drama Long March.

Although the league branch activities have already been over, it still has left deep impression on the classmates. The moving deeds of the revolution martyrs have greatly moved us. At that time, the patriotic feelings flew through all body. It is our great responsibility for us to inherit and carry forward the undaunted spirit of people’s Heroes. As university students, we should blend our patriotic spirit and revolution spirit into our study and life, and study hard, struggle, and keep forging ahead, so as to continuously make effort for realizing the Chinese dreams, and make contribution to our country.
